Damianepsom - abt 4 years oldwe changed all ink cartridge for new ones and head cleaned it automatically however will print and at first said all ink was full and then changed to say it needed all ink to be replaced even though no printing/ink has been used. it will print just comes out blank.this enquiry if for an elderly close family friend who would prefer if an engineer can possibly fix on site - he lives alone.look forward to hearing from you soon
