printer has been idle for very long time. used cleaner bought from amazon and was not too bad but still not perfect. tried stuff called magic bullet and seemed to be working re the leakage but when I went to print something it was totally blank but printer made all the noises and actions as though actually printing. warning that ink was out but had used brand new and correct cartridges and no way that they could be empty so quickly.
