Georgiawe have had numerous issues with our printer. we have used aftermarket parts following a disastrous relationship with cartridge world refills. these have worked fine until a month ago when we lost resolution in our colour printing. I have changed the drum as all online forums and the briother troubleshoot said it would be the culprit but that has not solved anything and I have changed the colour print catridges today and again it has not solved it. I am at a loss except if this were an inkjet I would think that the print heads needed cleaning how much would it cost for a call out and then we could discuss a regular service contract.kindest regardsjulie alcorn

surinderon every print run it starts ok and then it starts printing black lines across the full width of the roll resorting in me cancelling every print.
Danblank ink will not work. all other colours comes out correctly. changed and refilled the black cartridge and still no black ink.
Culkinduring a printing job the printer stopped working and now just makes a quiet squeek then turns itself off.
