Edwinon light flashing but no paper jam also red light on. indicates need to replace ink cartridge but the print head will not move to the ink cartridge check position. turned off and on several times.
Lilianwhen printing photographs the pictures are far too dark. also when I print on thick paper or card even changing the printer settings it smudges the image and you can feel the residue on the pages.
